Note: Our preliminary drawings—also called a Bid Set—are meant for builder pricing only. They are not intended for permits.
After you receive bids, your builder may either request the software files to complete full blueprints, or hire Gehl Homes to complete the full construction documents.
If you move forward with Gehl Homes for the blueprints, you will enter into our Full Architectural Services phase. Pricing for this service depends on your builder’s required level of detail.
Pre-Design Consultation and Due Diligence
As part of the service, we complete basic pre-design due diligence, including checking zoning requirements, confirming building setbacks, and reviewing subdivision covenants and restrictions. This ensures your home design fits your lot and meets local regulations before we begin.
