 We offer two levels of drafting services depending on where you are in the building process.

Phase 1: Custom Home Design (Preliminary Bid Set)
Early-stage design service to help you plan and price your home before committing to full construction drawings. Includes a custom floor plan, exterior elevations, and basic 3D renderings for builder bidding. (Not intended for permits.)

Phase 2: Full Architectural Services
Complete construction-ready blueprints and specifications, designed for permitting, final bidding, and building. Built around your final design and your builder’s required level of detail.
